Assomac invites you to Wire & Cable India 2012 - watch the displayed machines

Assomac Machines, the Indian company which has become a worldwide partner to the wire industry invites you to visit its booth at Wire & Cable India 2012, to be held from October 30 to November 1st in Mumbai. Assomac's stand will be in Hall 1, booth no. 1A 02.

Assomac Machines is going to display the following machines in the exhibition:

- 19 Die Wet Wire Drawing Machine
with in built Dancer and Spooler (see first image on the left).

- SLM (Straight Line Machine) - specially designed with pneumatically operated safety guard

- Belt Grinding Machine- Is installed before the 1st block and is helpful in removing rust and scale particles on the wire rod surface and is giving excellent results on the shopfloor (see images below)





- Degreaser - Is installed after the finishing die of the machine and helps in removing the lubricant/powder particles from the wire surface and gives a clean surface, free of lubricant to the finished wire.

- Rotating Die Head (RDH) is installed after the finishing block, which not only accumulates the wire but also has a extra feature of wire reduction and water cooling in the drum (see image on the left).      Assomac Machines Ltd., parent company of ASSOMAC Group, commenced production of quality Wire Drawing Machinery in the year 1989.
