Continuus-Properzi: remote e-commissioning service
Innovation is an integral part of Continuus-Properzi and it is not just limited to the design of new plants and equipment. The company has introduced a completely new, remote "e-commissioning" method to cope with the Covid-related travel restrictions that prevented Properzi’s engineering team from carrying out on-site commissioning. This solution allows working remotely and in real time to lead, support, and supervise the activities of the customer.

The company is proud to announce the "remote commissioning" of three lines. The first one, located in Iran, is dedicated to the production of copper wire rod (Continuous Casting and Rolling Copper Line). The other two, located in Mexico, are designed for the production of aluminum ingots (Track & Belt).
Thanks to the new smart service, and working side-by-side with the customer's staff, Continuus-Properzi engineers have achieved the complete start-up of the plants.
The high degree of technological development reached by Properzi through the 4.0 technology – named IULIUS – applied to the "remote" service has enabled the achievement of the desired production quality and quantity with great satisfaction of the customers. The companies that have turned to the Italy-based firm have been able to complete the commissioning of their plants and start their production without forced shutdowns.
