DEM Wire Rolling Technology presents an innovative line to produce Flux Cored Wire stating from flat wire.
The new forming line has been developed with a innovative motorized rolling stand, then allows higher performance of the line.
The complete line consists in a forming line, two cold rolling line where are installed the special cold rolling cassettes, patented by DEM Wire Rolling Technology and a rewinding line.
The special DEM cassettes ensure a high surface quality, a fast and easy set-up of the line, a fast and easy feeding of the wire and high rolling speed.
The cassette can work completely dry and thanks to the very long life of the rolls the productivity will be higher than a traditional drawing line.
