Two of them are for profiles (4-rolls type) and one for flats (2-rolls type). The smallest on booth allows producing precision square wire down to 0,35x0,35 mm with a noteworthy tolerance of 0,003 mm at 1.200 m/min. The biggest, having a rolling load capacity of 350 kN, is integrated in the latest flat wire rolling line for shaping the wire rod in a rectangular cross section.   DOUBLE VERTICAL COILER, FULLY AUTOMATIC First time on a show for the new double coiler. Flexibility has never been so easy, with automatic wire insertion and clamping, automatic wire cutting, automatic coil changing, automatic strapping as optional. For the most demanding applications, an integrated cell to unload, strap and handle 5-tons jumbo coils has also been developed.   COLD ROLLING CASSETTES The complete family of DEM cassettes and micro cassettes to be seen and touched. From the biggest to the smallest model, be curious to know which is used for compacting ropes, which for producing triangles, which makes the PC wire and which the welding wire, amongst other applications.
