DEM Wire Rolling Technology: new leaflet - micro rolling cassettes.
Micro Rolling Cassettes are specially studied to replace traditional dies used on all multi-pass drawing lines.
Thanks to the compact design and the roller working concept they give benefits in speeds and production capacity increases. Less down times are guaranteed thanks to the long roll life, lower power consumption due to the lower friction of the rolls and less or no lubrication needed on the wire since they can work without lubrication.
Latest generation of operator-friendly DEM micro rolling cassettes have been specifically designed to guarantee easy operator set up and tuning of the final wire dimension like no other of its kind. Final wire tuning can be easily performed with the drawing line in operation.
The units are complete with shafts, roll holders, water cooling circuit and centralized lubricating circuit.
