MULTISPIRA - Simplicity is often the key with semi-automatic or manually operated respoolers
It is not always necessary to achieve maximum flexibility, and not everyone requires a machine capable of doing everything. There are applications which only require a few of the features that a respooler can offer, so why be obliged to purchase them on a machine?
The MULTISPIRA, the most recent addition to the Gimax family, does not have the versions of its larger sisters (to handle large sub-arc wire, to make large coils, to accommodate a vast number of different spools) but handles the most common applications on plastic or fibre spools or wire baskets.
It is designed to be as simple as possible to run. It’s touch screen allows the operator to input the main parameters with no difficulty. Things are made even easier due to the new multi use tooling for the spools – it is no longer necessary to change from plastic spools to wire baskets, one single tooling will handle both types.
Like its bigger sisters, the MULTISPIRA is a space saving machine, it has been designed to occupy as little floor space as possible and is probably the most compact of Gimax respoolers.
The MULTISPIRA has not made any concessions when it comes to reliability and efficiency, reducing downtime to a minimum and ensuring a high degree of productivity.
