Lämneå Bruk doubles its presence at wire Düsseldorf with two booths and live machinery

From 13 to 17 April, Lämneå Bruk AB will take a significant step forward in its exhibition strategy at wire Düsseldorf, focusing on a dual-booth presence in Hall 9. For the first time, the company will operate from two stands – the established location at the entrance of the hall (9A06) and a second booth directly opposite (9A07).
This expanded footprint is intended to bring more technology onto the show floor and create better conditions for technical dialogue. Four machines will be on display, with two running multiple times per day – the No Twist Coiler (NTC) and the Fully Automatic Precision Layer Winder.
Live machinery demonstrations in Hall 9
Running equipment remains central to Lämneå Bruk’s trade fair approach. By operating machines live, the company enables wire producers to assess performance, handling and automation level under realistic production conditions.
The No Twist Coiler (NTC) will demonstrate twist-free coil production with flexible coil geometries and drum winding capability. Designed to minimize scrap and support consistent coil quality, the system features a specially engineered flyer that allows line speeds of up to 40 m/s, contributing to both productivity and process stability.
NTC live operation times:
9:30, 10:30, 13:30, 15:30
Friday: last run at 14:30
The Fully Automatic Precision Layer Winder will also run live, showcasing high-accuracy rewinding with precision down to one hundredth of a millimetre. Thanks to fully automatic spool exchange, the machine reduces manual intervention and supports continuous, stable production flows — a key requirement for modern wire processing lines.
Precision layer winder live operation times:
9:45, 10:45, 13:45, 15:45
Friday: last run at 14:45
In addition to the live units, visitors will find a wire drawing machine and a sandpaper descaler on display, underlining Lämneå Bruk’s process knowledge across the entire line — from payoff to rewinding.
The two-booth concept also creates more space for technical exchange. Alongside live machinery demonstrations, visitors can explore a digital factory presentation and engage with the team to gain deeper insight into Lämneå Bruk’s production facilities and engineering approach to wire drawing solutions.
