The No Twist Coiler replaces traditional gooseneck and spooling systems with an advanced coiling technique that consistently produces perfectly pattern-laid coils of up to 4.5 tons of tangle-free wire.

Non-stop payout and energy savings

The new wire package in carriers enables continuous production without interruptions. By removing traditional driven or non-driven payoffs, drums are placed directly on the floor and supported by the NTC reversing pre-twist technology. This streamlined process simplifies operations while promoting sustainability.

With coil ends welded together, manufacturers achieve non-stop coil-to-coil operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing output. At the same time, the inverted carrier payoff system significantly reduces power consumption compared to conventional setups.

NTC machines can be integrated with wire drawing lines or operate as standalone rewinding systems. Handling diameters from 1 to 12 mm for both ferrous and non-ferrous wires, they guarantee precise back tension and consistent quality.
