Lämneå Bruk’s bestseller, the No Twist Coiler (NTC), reverses the pre-twist and the wire comes out twist-free and straight for perfectly prepared wire for the next production step. The NTC is a highly flexible machine for fast and reliable wire coiling at up to 40m per second.
It can be used for a variety of wire types such as solid, staple, flux-core, and even spring wire. Depending on the customers’ requirements, drums of different shapes and sizes can be utilized in the process.
