The line is equipped with an advanced cleaning system that operates fully automatic with automatic water filling system, temperature and rectifier control. A hot water spray unit using high pressure combined with acid electrolytic bipolar pickling enables efficient wire cleaning at the highest speed level. These features leave the wire clean, free from oxides and activate the wire before copper coating, ensuring a much longer lifetime, and increasing the quality of your copper coated wire significantly.
