Wire machinery manufacturer Lämneå Bruk begins 2021 with a positive outlook
Swedish wire machinery manufacturer Lämneå Bruk starts 2021 with an overall positive outlook. After a drop in sales in May and June last year, the company is back on its feet with a stable amount of orders during the last months of 2020. “We are currently in a comfortable position despite the pandemic and everyone in the company is working hard to keep it like that. It was definitely a very tough year, but we have adapted our work processes quickly, offered increased online customer support, could improve our production and delivery times, that is why I am confident that we can get out of this crisis even stronger”, says President Jonas Hagstedt.
Especially the versatile No Twist Coiler (NTC) has been a real success factor in the second half of 2020. The NTC combines high-quality wire coiling qualities with speeds up to 40m/second. The machine is suitable for different solid and flux core wire types and can even be used in the production of spring wire. Depending on the customers’ requirements, the NTC can be used with a range of different sized and shaped drums, adding to the high flexibility and customizability of this machine.
