Technologies for springs and furnaces, Manentimacchine opens its doors to industry professionals

From October 6 to 24, 2025, Manentimacchine will host its biennial Open House at the Gussago (Brescia, Italy) showroom. The event is reserved for industry professionals and offers the opportunity to see advanced solutions for wire processing and heat treatment in operation. Visits are by appointment only to ensure personalized attention.

HTC solutions for precision wire forming

As the exclusive European distributor for Taiwanese manufacturer HTC, Manentimacchine offers high-performance CNC coiling machines and spring formers designed for precision and reliability.

Visitors will be able to see the following machines in action:

- HTC-16PX and HTC-16CL: CNC coilers for wire diameters from 0.4 to 1.6 mm, equipped with 12 and 5 axes;
- HTC-20XUIII: spring former with 17/18 axes for wire sizes from 0.6 to 2.0 mm;
- Two used machines: HTC16S (2011) and HTC20CNC (1993), both still fully operational.

HSI furnaces for high-efficiency heat treatment

Manentimacchine also represents Taiwanese brand HSI in Europe, known for its robust and energy-efficient furnaces for springs and small metal components.

Machines on display include:

- HCF-210 and HCF-260AL: conveyor furnaces for continuous production; the HCF-260AL features an energy-saving control system;
- HB9: bench-top ventilated furnace, ideal for small-scale batches.

Automated end-of-line and quality control solutions

To complement the forming and heat treatment technologies, the showroom will also feature systems for automated batch handling and post-process cooling:

- PCL100 separators (with load cell) and PCR-50 (with rotating chute for up to 12 stops);


- FTC-300B and FTC-310B conveyors, equipped with metal belts, ventilation, and integrated weighing cells.

Measurement tools by MicroStudio

Manentimacchine is an official MicroStudio agent for Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania, and will present advanced measuring equipment for spring and component inspection:

- CAL2D: digital caliper for small compression springs;
- LED2D-100 H: optical profile projector for shaped wire and torsion springs.

Live demo of the MINIMALIST 6 CNC wire bender

One of the event highlights is the live demonstration of the MINIMALIST 6, a next-generation CNC wire bender for diameters from 2.0 to 6.35 mm. Equipped with 3 axes and 3D graphical simulation software with anti-collision control, this machine represents a leap in spring and wire part manufacturing technology.

The MINIMALIST 6 is the result of a new partnership between Manentimacchine and OMCG Italia s.r.l., which grants Manentimacchine exclusive representation for this model across Europe’s spring manufacturing sector.
