A future for Ernst Koch. Mario Frigerio acquires name and IP rights

There's a future for the name of Ernst Koch, former world market leader in wire machinery that had filed for provisional insolvency at the beginning of August 2019. This is thanks to Mario Frigerio (MFL Group) who acquired the intellectual property rights of the company based in Ihmert, Germany.

Lucia Frigerio will fill the role of Managing Director at the new company, named Koch Machinery & Technology GmbH.

With the acquisition, MFL GROUP aims to strengthen its presence in Germany and complete the portfolio of products in the wire and rope division with reinforcement steel wire lines as well as cold heading wire lines.
