MFL Group has acquired 51% of Morgan-Koch Corporation
MFL Group, an Italy-based manufacturing and engineering company, is proud to inform Expometals.net readers that it has acquired 51% of Morgan-Koch Corporation in Worcester, MA, USA. The remaining 49% shares are held by Mr. Al Kozlowski.
Morgan-Koch Corporation has been supplying services, upgrades, and spare parts for KOCH, MORGAN and VAUGHN machinery in North America since 1988, and it will continue to represent FIB and Krollman.
With this new acquisition, Mario Frigerio S.p.a. and Koch Machinery & Technology GmbH strengthen their already-wide presence in the American market: indeed, Morgan-Koch Corporation will closely cooperate with MFL USA Service Corp.
