MFL Group, Italian company with over 120 years of experience in the design of machinery for the production of wire, rope and cable, just completed the installation of 3 full wire drawing lines in Ekaterinburg, Russia.
Among many other state-of-the-art machines, each line includes:
S Series dry drawing machine, engineered for low, medium and high carbon, stainless or zinc and zinc alloy wires, with a centralized pneumatic panel and a rod inlet diameter up to 24 mm.

SN Series vertical rod coil payoff: designed for medium carbon, low carbon and stainless steel wire rods, it allows continuous operation (head - tail welding) and ergonomic wire threading.

BE Series horizontal single position spooler: equipped with a sliding platform synchronized with the pneumatic pintles that permits an easy and rapid spool change, the BE Series is designed to load single flange size spool from 400 mm to 1,800 mm.
