MFL Group: machinery, customer support, and digital solutions in one partner

MFL Group is set to exhibit at wire Düsseldorf, the leading global event for the wire, cable, and rope industry. Visitors will find the company at Hall 11, booth F60, where it will present a comprehensive portfolio covering the entire production chain — from drawing and stranding to extrusion and treatment — enhanced by digital solutions and lifecycle services.
With over 125 years of experience, MFL Group is a family-owned company recognized worldwide for delivering advanced technologies across every stage of wire production. Its integrated approach combines machinery, software, and service into a single, reliable partnership, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their operations.
Advanced technologies and new developments on display
At the exhibition, MFL Group will highlight several recent solutions designed to improve performance and operational efficiency, including:
- advanced automation solutions
- an expanded double-twist strander portfolio, which now covers sectoral cables
- complete bead wire lines
- the Combi-Line for direct rebar production
- a fully integrated solar cable line
Strengthening long-term partnerships through lifecycle support
MFL Care, the group’s service division, will also be under the spotlight during the event. The company will introduce new Service Level Agreements (SLAs), structured service packages designed to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their production lines and ensure long-term operational reliability through the combination of traditional and digital services.
Rather than focusing solely on equipment, MFL Group’s presence at wire Düsseldorf will demonstrate how machinery, digital tools, and services can be combined into a fully connected customer experience.
Digital ecosystem
A key focus of MFL Group’s presence at the show will be MFL X, the company’s digital ecosystem aimed at enhancing process control, machine performance, and overall production efficiency. Developed in collaboration with 40Factory and Fruitful AI, this ecosystem integrates a range of advanced applications within a single environment.
Within this framework, MFL X brings together digital tools designed to support both operators and maintenance teams in their daily activities. The ecosystem includes Industrial IoT solutions for real-time monitoring of machine performance, alongside dedicated platforms for efficient spare parts management. Advanced simulation software enables process optimization before implementation, while GPT-based assistance provides immediate technical support and operational guidance. In addition, machine vision systems are integrated to ensure high-level quality control in wire and cable production, improving defect detection and overall process reliability.
Part of the experience will take place in a dedicated closed room, offering visitors a more immersive view of the latest digital developments.
These developments reflect MFL’s ongoing commitment to increasing productivity and application flexibility across the wire, cable, and rope sector.
Visitors are invited to meet the MFL team at Hall 11, booth F60, to explore how these solutions can support their next wire production project.
