Two lines for induction tempered wire preparation installed in India

Mario Frigerio, representative brand of the wire & rope division of MFL Group, recently completed the installation of two different lines for the preparation of induction tempered wire at Ramesh Wire Mesh Industries - India:

The first line is made up of a drawing section with rod preparation, eddy current system for flaws detection, two bull blocks, and a coiling system that avoids any unnecessary contact with the wire itself.

The second is a treatment line with payoff, a cleaning unit and two sets of pinch rollers. One placed before and the other one after the treatment section, in order to control and keep the pull and the wire speed constant. A hardening furnace and a tempering furnace, both with cooling system, are set between the two pinch rollers. A complete eddy current system for longitudinal and vertical flaws detection, a lubrication unit and a vertical axe coil take-up complete the line.
