Coilers for Drawing Lines

- For low, medium, high carbon or stainless steel wire.

- Static Coiler:

Horizontal or vertical axis capstan setup;
Drawing or not drawing versions;
Tilted turntable or elevator type pattern laying system;
Carousel with 2÷6 positions for small coil packaging;
Capstans with wide gap closed cooling system (drawing versions only);
Additional cooling of the wire by means of air;
Directly water cooled die through the common water closed circuit (block + die).

- Dynamic Coiler:

Bending Coiler (wide range of wire diameters - wide range of packages’ dimensions);
Inverted Stripper (for top quality wires - for thick wires - drawing or not drawing versions - for packages of big dimensions).
