SAMP is on the move: new headquarters, stronger service, same commitment

SAMP is preparing for a major leap forward. By March 2026, the company will relocate its Italian operations to a modern, 12,000 m² facility in Quarto Inferiore, Granarolo dell’Emilia. This new headquarters represents more than just extra space — it’s an important step forward in efficiency, innovation, and proximity to customers.
The new plant marks a 30% increase in production space and will consolidate all domestic operations under one roof. "This move will boost collaboration across all departments and enable us to satisfy our customers' needs for fast and high-quality deliveries," explains Marcel Baetting, CEO of SAMP. "It is a strong commitment to Made in Italy."
Growth through innovation and investment
This relocation comes on the heels of remarkable growth. Since 2020, SAMP has more than doubled its workforce, growing from 54 to 115 employees. In 2024, the company recorded revenues of €60.5 million, up from €45 million in 2023, and reported a net profit exceeding €1.7 million. These figures reflect not only a robust recovery, but a long-term trajectory of development supported by a dedicated team, active trade unions, and a renewed ownership structure.
While the headquarters is moving, SAMP’s global footprint remains solid. The company continues to operate manufacturing plants in Brazil and China, and maintains its presence in the United States.
Customer service at the core of SAMP's strategy
This evolution is not just physical — it’s organizational. As of January 2025, SAMP has implemented a new structure designed to enhance global coordination and accelerate customer value. A key highlight is the expansion of the Global Customer Service Division, led by Davide Pasqualotto. The division’s goal is clear: to elevate customer experience through a stronger local presence, faster response times, and tailored solutions.
This initiative reinforces SAMP’s long-standing priority: maintaining lasting partnerships with customers worldwide. “We are positioning SAMP to be even closer to our customers,” stated CEO Jouni Heinonen.
