Tecno Impianti marks 20th consecutive participation in wire 2026

Tecno Impianti will once again take part in wire 2026, the leading international trade fair for wire and cable technologies, scheduled to take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from April 13 to 17, 2026.

The Italian manufacturer will welcome visitors in Hall 16 – Stand E43, marking its twentieth consecutive participation in the event and reaffirming a long-standing connection with one of the most important global meeting points for the wire processing industry.

Tecno Impianti has been present at the exhibition since the very first edition held in 1986, confirming its continuous commitment to innovation and international market development in the field of wire drawing technologies.

A complete in-line wire drawing plant on display

At wire 2026, Tecno Impianti will showcase a complete in-line wire drawing plant designed for processing wire with a diameter of 24.0 mm.

The line integrates several key components engineered to ensure smooth material flow and high process efficiency:

• motorized horizontal payoff
• hydraulic pusher
• wire drawing machine
• automatic transfer system from the drawing machine dancer to the header

The plant is also designed to operate in by-pass mode, allowing already drawn wire to be uncoiled and fed directly to the header without passing through the drawing machine.

Switching between the two operating configurations is fully automatic, eliminating the need for mechanical adjustments or manual intervention in the wire path and ensuring greater operational flexibility.
