Froma: innovation and global vision in wire machinery

Froma: innovation and global vision in wire machinery

Froma designs and manufactures customized machinery for wire processing applications where reliability and consistent performance are essential. The company combines craftsmanship with an industrial mindset, designing and assembling every component in-house — from electrical and pneumatic systems to hydraulics — supported by an internal tooling department.

Below, CEO Gaia Frigerio shares her perspective on current market dynamics and future developments.

Market outlook according to CEO Gaia Frigerio

“The market is showing signs of cautious optimism after some challenging years,” explains Gaia Frigerio. “Our customers are still somewhat hesitant to invest, though less than before. We anticipate further adjustments, mainly linked to the performance of our clients’ end markets, which have not yet fully recovered. However, we believe we are gradually moving past the difficulties of the past three years. This gives us confidence for 2026–2027, despite the uncertainty caused by the geopolitical situation on Europe’s eastern border.”

Her words underline Froma’s steady and proactive approach, focused on continued investment in research and development to ensure technological growth and maintain competitiveness in a constantly evolving global market.

Looking ahead to wire Düsseldorf 2026
