Automatic welding and bending line for the production of upper half-baskets pairs for dish-washing machines

Automatic CNC-welding and bending line, suitable to produce pairs of upper half-baskets for dish-washing machines. It consists of following main units:

- Welder PM12 complete with 2 line bar loaders + 5 cross bar loaders + 4 cross bar bending units.

- Hydraulic press as per Model HP2/30 tonn., complete with special die for multiple bending in sequence of basket bottom.

- Hydraulic horizontal bending machine to shape vertical side.

Output. 3 pairs/minute.
