New RT025 bar straightening machine with encoder: Milani to showcase it live in Düsseldorf

On the occasion of wire Düsseldorf 2026, Milani Machinery will present the new RT025, a rotor straightening machine from the RT Series, designed for processing fine wire with diameters ranging from 1 to 2.5 mm.

The machine will be in operation at stand 17/A47, where the company will hold live demos of the straightening and cutting process.

Encoder technology for length control

The main innovation introduced on the RT025 is the integration of encoder-based technology for bar length measurement. This system allows a tolerance of ±0.5 mm to be maintained without the use of a mechanical stop.

This represents a significant improvement in terms of operational flexibility, enabling reduced setup times and simplifying process management, while maintaining a good level of precision.

RT Series features

The RT025 is part of Milani Machinery’s established RT Series, a range of rotor straightening machines with fixed shear, designed for straightening and cutting a wide variety of materials, including drawn mild steel, high-strength steels, stainless steel, galvanized wire, and ribbed wire.

These machines are designed to ensure reliability and production continuity, meeting the requirements of modern wire processing lines.

At stand A47 in hall 17, visitors will be able to see the RT025 in operation and directly evaluate the benefits of encoder technology applied to length control.
