RT308: features and performance

At booth No. 2257, Milani Machinery will showcase the new RT308 rotor straightener. This machine is designed for straightening and cutting smooth wire, as well as cold and hot ribbed wire in various materials, including mild, high-tensile, stainless steel, and galvanized wire. The design includes a fixed shear and a rotary unit with 5 straightening dies, ideal for high-precision processing.

The cutting system is powered by a brushless servo motor, ensuring a bar length tolerance of ±0.2 mm. The electric motors – with independent speed control for the rotor and wire feed – allow optimal speed adjustment based on production needs.

Additional features include wire feeding rollers with pneumatic pressure adjustment and a cutting unit with an optical ruler that simplifies the setting of cutting lengths.
