Our RI latest innovations are:

- innovative vertical cut: positioned on the measuring bench for greater stability of the system, it guarantees precise and burr-free 90° cuts; the cutting unit, driven by a servo motor, reduces bar cutting times.

- automatic stop (patented): the automatic length change (patented) allows the operator to set different lengths to be cut in succession from the PC, without ever stopping the machine. This upgrade is ideal for those who frequently change lengths, as it permanently eliminates machine downtime.

- vibration sensor: the machine's rotor is equipped with a vibration sensor that monitors the rotor's working conditions and intervenes when vibrations exceed the permitted limits.

- encoder measuring system: the measuring encoder, mounted at the beginning of the machine bench, allows the length of the wire being processed to be measured. By calculating the cutting system feed, the encoder guarantees perfect bar length.

- wire lubrication kit: lubrication is carried out by means of a tank integrated into the machine with easy access for checking the level and refilling oil if necessary. The recommended lubricant allows subsequent welding operations to be carried out in an odourless and smoke-free environment.

- automatic rotor greasing: the rotor bearings are equipped with an automatic greasing system that releases the correct amount of grease at pre-set intervals.
