Schnell: technological innovation and new welding machines at the wire exhibition

Schnell is among the leading companies in rebar processing machinery and software technologies.

Along with the complete range of the already well-known products, the company has recently focused on the design and production of reinforcement processing machinery and electro-welded meshes, achieving great results.

The main reason of Schnell's participation in the wire exhibition is the promotion of this new product range, which includes modern straightening machines, machines for the production of meshes and cold rolling plants.

Schnell's straightening machines are able to meet the different needs of customers, with a range of work from Ø 2 to Ø 20mm, and they differ in "rotor" straightening machines and automatic “roller” straightening machines. The “rotor” straightening machine R8 will be at your disposal at the exhibition stand: it allows the production of straight bars up to Ø8 mm and is equipped with a cutting unit with high-speed brushless motors and rotary cut for higher productivity.

Among the mesh welding machines, you will see the Versa Line 1600 at work: a plant extremely customized for the production of standard and engineered meshes working with pre-cut wires. "Combidrive", latest result of Schnell technology among the cold rolling lines, is a plant for the production of smooth and ribbed wires from bars.
