Schnell upgrades mesh production lines
Schnell has studied a complete range of solutions able to increase the productivity of the already existing mesh plants. These devices are designed to automate the most critical stages of the production of meshes, as the loading of longitudinal bars, the feeding of transverse wires, the unloading and the correct stacking of the produced meshes.
All plants may be integrated with:
- Straighteners R8 and R13 for the feeding of longitudinal and transverse wires;
- Automatic loader of longitudinal wires;
- ALL-SA, semi-automatic feeder of longitudinal wires;
- ALL-CA, open pockets feeder;
- FLY-OVER, Automatic feeder of transverse wires ;
- EACC, Extractor and stacking of meshes;
- RSA, Mesh tilter;
- AVV-SA, Mesh spooler.
