The evolution of welding systems
Versaline is the innovative plant for the production of both standard and engineered meshes.
Without any set up downtime, Versa Line can automatically change:
- the external panel dimensions,
- the pitch of line wires,
- the pitch of cross wires,
- the diameter of both line and cross wires.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLANT
- Line wires and cross wires fed by pre-cut bars or fromcoil;
- Working speed up to 120 strokes/minute;
- Possibility to weld cross wires on the top and on the bottom of line wires;
- Possibility to bend inline.
