Nowadays, the electro-welded mesh sector is in great evolution; the market needs are changing and the demand for engineered mesh is constantly growing. Producing electro-welded mesh of different sizes with a machine dedicated to standard mesh implies having to stop production to reprogram the machine, with very long setup times and loss of productivity; at the same time, adding an additional machine dedicated to the production of mesh of different sizes involves a greater expense with consequent logistics and space problems. It is therefore essential to have a solution that allows you to produce both standard and engineered mesh panels by changing their size in a flexible and efficient way!

Versa Line is an extremely flexible mesh system for the production of both standard and non-standard mesh, with almost no limits; The mesh size change is carried out without settings, therefore it is also possible to produce different mesh of different sizes; the extremely fast diameter change (about 30 sec) allows to produce different mesh in a highly efficient and fast way.
The possibility of welding the cross bars both above and below the longitudinal bars avoids the need to turn the mesh sheets and makes the plant more productive and the lay-out more compact.
The high straightening speed up to 300m / min (the longitudinal and cross bars are straightened by means of a straightening system with wheels) allows Versa Line to be used also for the production of standard mesh, making it the ideal solution also for medium-small size mesh producers: with a Versa Line you can do everything!
The big difference compared to common mesh plants is the introduction of "Senso Technology" within the longitudinal and cross wires straightening system. "Senso" transfers the intelligence of a skilled operator inside the machine, making Versa Line the first machine in the world to achieve a "dream": autonomous straightening, without operator intervention and without the use of rotors.
Senso sensors detect the wire bending straightening and interact with the machine software, behaving exactly like a skilled operator, independently modifying the adjustment of the straightening units.
The result is surprising: the bars are always well straightened and the speed is very high because you don't have to use slow and expensive rotors. Versa Line is the first machine in the world that adopts this great (patented) innovation, that Schnell has extended to other straightening machines.
