Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures a wide range of lines and machines for the construction industry.

Cold rolling lines Mod. LLR

These are cold rolling lines for the production of smooth, indented, or ribbed wire, ideal for construction applications. Each plant is designed to ensure high productivity and dimensional precision.

• Line Mod. LLR3060, equipped with four-pass rolling mill Mod. TR600/4, is suitable for processing wire from 3.0 to 6.0 mm.
• Line Mod. LLR3560, with three-pass rolling mill Mod. TR600/3, processes diameters from 3.5 to 6.0 mm.
• Line Mod. LLR3580, also with three-pass machine TR600/3, handles wires from 3.5 to 8.0 mm.
• Line Mod. LLR4012 is dedicated to the production of smooth or ribbed wire with diameters from 4.0 to 12.0 mm.
• Line Mod. LLR6014, equipped with a single-pass horizontal monoblock, allows processing of smooth or indented wire with diameters from 6.0 to 14.0 mm.

All lines can be configured according to production needs and integrated with cutting, winding, and quality control systems.

Horizontal spoolers Mod. BO

The BO horizontal spoolers from Tecno Impianti are designed for winding smooth or indented wire onto fixed or split reels, downstream of various production lines, such as wire drawing lines for cold heading wire, wet drawing lines for galvanized or copper-coated wire, and cold rolling lines.
Available in various sizes, BO spoolers suit different application requirements. Upon request, they can be equipped with a spool tilting system for vertical positioning after its extraction. A module for automatic coil strapping can also be integrated, improving logistics management of the finished product.

Vertical spoolers Mod. BV and BVD

The vertical spoolers of the BV and BVD series are designed for winding smooth or indented wires onto fixed or split reels. They are compatible with drawing lines for low, medium, or high carbon steels, cold heading wire lines, and cold rolling lines. Available in various sizes to suit different production contexts, BV models can also be supplied in the BVD double configuration, allowing for the management of two reels in alternating sequence to minimize downtime. Depending on operational needs, versions with manual cutting or integrated wire locking and automatic cutting system are available. Among the available accessories is a strapping system for binding the finished coil.

Vertical uncoilers Mod. SV

SV uncoilers are designed for the continuous feeding of cold rolling lines. Equipped with two tilting arms for horizontal coil loading, they allow vertical wire unwinding with static coils, facilitating welding between end and start of the coil. They can include a jam detector and a wire accumulation system to prevent breakages and machine stoppages.

Mechanical descalers Mod. DM

Installed after SV uncoilers, DM descalers remove scale from the wire surface before lubrication. The system uses rollers with tungsten carbide inserts that clean the wire by direct contact. Residue is collected in an easy-to-empty container. A blower at the outlet removes any remaining traces. Upon request, a fine cleaning module is available. The machines are available in multiple configurations based on the wire diameter.

Lubricant dispensers Mod. DL

DL dispensers are installed after the descalers and ensure proper wire coverage with lubricant, preparing it for rolling or roll forming phases. The lubricant, kept in a dedicated tank, is lifted to wire height by a powered vertical screw. A second horizontal screw recovers the excess and returns it to the container for reuse.

Cold rolling cassettes Mod. CRC

CRC cassettes are designed for rolling and roll forming operations on smooth or ribbed wire. Their compact and precise design allows quick roll changes without axial adjustments, thanks to component self-alignment. Using alternate sets of cassettes (one in line, the other pre-prepared) drastically reduces downtime during production changes.

Roll holder release unit Mod. DSR

The DSR system simplifies removal of the roll support collar, an otherwise complex operation. Designed to ease the operator's task, it makes maintenance on the rolling cassettes faster and safer.

Stress relieving unit Mod. SR

SR straighteners are installed downstream of the last rolling cassette, before winding on horizontal or vertical spoolers. Available in different configurations, they adapt to the various Tecno Impianti cold rolling lines, helping improve the finished wire quality.

Reel tilters Mod. RR

RR hydraulic tilters are designed to vertically position reels removed from horizontal spoolers, facilitating their handling and storage. Available in various versions, they adapt to the specific dimensions of the reels used on Tecno Impianti rolling lines.
