This single-component degreaser was developed to improve the efficiency of bumper washing processes while minimizing environmental impact.

CONDORINE SG 576 N: reduced water and energy consumption

Thanks to its low operating temperature, CONDORINE SG 576 N has enabled Stellantis to significantly reduce energy and water consumption, achieving an 80% reduction in demineralized water usage. The savings are especially impactful in the final bumper rinsing stage, where water volumes have decreased from 500 L/h to 100 L/h. Beyond enhancing operational efficiency, the product has minimized the risk of pollutant carryover, ensuring a minimal environmental impact.

A year of testing and collaboration with Stellantis

The partnership with Stellantis results from a year of testing conducted alongside the PPE (Painting Process Engineering) Materials Approval team, which approved the product based on required quality standards. The Process Improvement team’s input further facilitated the solution's implementation in production facilities, ensuring process optimization. This partnership demonstrates how Condoroil Chemical’s innovations are helping major automotive companies like Stellantis achieve significant sustainability goals without compromising quality.
