Leading Machinery Germany supplies a wide range of Cometo’s rotating die-holders suitable for installation on drawing machines.

The rotary movement ensures a better wire lubrication when running into the die, in order to avoid potential deformation and provide a perfectly round final die. Improved lubrication allows to operate the machine at a higher drawing speed, increasing productivity, and reducing machine downtime due to wire breaks and die change.

Available in 4 different models in order to cover the full range of die holder diameters. Ranging from ø 38 mm to 100 mm, they can be supplied with either direct or indirect water cooling.

CFRMD-431 for 2 ~ 5.5 mm wire diameter
CFRMD-551 for 5.5 -10 mm wire diameter
CFRMD-701 for 10 - 15 mm wire diameter
CFRMD-100 for 15 - 20 mm wire diameter
