A good solution for the hot setting of springs

Agibi Progetti presents the electric and ventilated conveyor belt oven with 6 lines spring-holder equipment, hot setting and brushless actuator. The machine is built using a solid structure in profiles and powder varnished steel sheets. The electrical panel is placed in a separate cabinet.

The main components are:

• Ventilated electric tunnel furnace with newly conceived multilayer insulation that reduces power consumption.

• Springs handling and transport units made up of two stainless steel chains with transversal and interchangeable spring-holder supports.

• Brushless traction motor with Encoder feedback. The Driver is managed by a PLC which allows  programming with extreme precision all of the motion parameters.

• The setting station, with brushless motor, is synchronized to the machine and has two possibilities:

Standard station (PC6F-1A) composed by two stanchions press with a single electromechanical pressing actuator which compresses 6 springs simultaneously.
Option multiple station (PC6F-6A) composed by 6 electromechanical actuators (with independent movement and push adjustment), which allow the simultaneous treatment of different springs. Actuators are connected to pressing bushes through shafts and interchangeable pressing tools.

• There is a reaction beam connected to the machine structure under the pressing station.
