Agibi Progetti: new programmable bucket elevator
This is an elevating device for small parts which, thanks to a PLC, can be programmed to perform timed unloads (or
per number of pieces) with connection to the production machine. It can handle a total number of unloads, in order to form programmed lots. Its unload channel has an Y form and telescopic extensions. According to the program set, it easily diverts the material in the two channels.
The telescopic channels are fed by a pneumatic system, which improves the filling of cases by unloading alternately in two different positions. In a small amount of space, ELT 400 can replace the long continuous elevator conveyor belts, eliminating also the problem of the hooking to the belt.
