Take a look at Agibi's automatic hardening line for springs
The automatic springs hardening line model LT-K is composed of:
➡ Electric furnace with horizontal chamber for hardening, model FCO-TM10-2P.
➡ Oil quenching tank with fastening, dipping and shaking system, model VS-A1500+IS.
➡ Automatic robot with 3 axes for the loading, unloading and dipping of springs, model M3AK150.
The line is designed to allow the operator to load and unload springs from the robot (in safe conditions) during the heating time.
