FIB Belgium launches a new generation of open fire furnaces saving up to 27% of energy
Integrating a new design of the process chamber, sound premixed technology and high performance insulation materials, the improved generation of furnaces saves energy up to 27% compared with classical open fire furnaces (based on a wire diameter of 0,75mm - DV100).
The system skips complex and sensitive heat exchangers systems or high temperature circulation fans.
Optionally, the furnace may be equipped with the continuous monitoring of the process atmosphere to compensate fluctuations of the main gas composition to stabilize the quality of the product.
The taking over of the equipment by the operators has been kept very close to the existing open fire furnaces and is even simplified.
