FIB Belgium launches a new web platform to support its customers
Fib, the Belgium-based designer of complete solutions for the thermal treatment of metallic wires, informs about the creation of a special platform intended for its customers, developed to give a better support, information, and documentation.
The inline FAQ and personalized documentary platform has been developed to give a 24/7 access and support to the users.
Shared information, tips and tricks, structured proper documentation and tracking support are part of the system. Many other features are in development such as maintenance calendar, maintenance logbook etc.
This approach will help a lot the production and maintenance team in the handling of the technical documentations, tunings, set-up and for the coordination between them.
