A new company to expose on the network: I.C.M.I. Machines for phosphating and calcining of wires. ICMI Srl was founded in 1991 as evolution of B.M. Impianti which was specialised in the construction of systems for piping and heating devices. With thirty years of experience in the field of plants and structures construction, ICMI developed a specialisation in the construction, installation and technical assistance of plants and furnaces for heat treatment, aluminium extrusion and forging. Since 2000 ICMI has developed a new system to clean, phosphate and calcinate carbon steel and stainless steel wire. This ecological and patented single wire rod system allows to clean mechanically, phosphate and draw in-line wire rod from 6 mm up to 13 mm dia. for high-carbon material and from 6 mm up to 22 mm dia. in low-carbon material. For stainless steel wire ICMI offers even a new machine to clean and polish it perfectly.
