QED Wire Lines: new compact line design for oil fired applications

QED is currently shipping a specially built galvanizing line to Arabian Wire in Saudi Arabia. The equipment is a fresh design of conventional lead annealing and top heated galvanizing furnaces.  Lead Annealing Furnace QED incorporated high efficiency packaged burners with an optimized refractory configuration. With networked Siemens PLC’s and HMI’s all in independent control panels, the line is made for easy operation and control.
