HMI screen displaying a four-zone industrial furnace control system with real-time temperature readings (SP, PV), active burners, sand return status, and various operational controls for process automation and SCADA applications.Networked: The systems are networked for easy customer hookup to SCADA software. All HMI’s provide instant control and monitoring of all the equipment from any point on the line.

Remote Troubleshooting: The status of all the inputs and output are available on separate status screens for easy troubleshooting.  Remote access permits troubleshooting from anywhere in the world.

Data Logging:  All process variables are graphed for HMI screen for an immersion burners galvanizer, displaying real-time process control across three heating zones with active burners, PID temperature and pressure loops.easy visualization of the process trends. Alarms are logged separately along with the time and date of the incident. This valuable data is critical for product quality assurance and standards compliance such as ISO 9001.
