Industrial sintering furnaces for metal components

The most common industrial sintering furnaces are those of continuous type in controlled atmosphere and provide a pre-chamber for the elimination of binders, a high temperature zone and a cooling zone.

With the advent of particular self-filling powders it is possible to have a single continuous line which also includes other elements such as the carbon recovery zone, the rapid cooling zone in forced convection, the final tempering zone.

In some cases complete waterproofing of the parts is required and this is achieved by continuous steam oxidation treatment in continuous or well furnaces.

Similarly, components such as bushings, diamond beads for cutting marble, granite, reinforced concrete, are produced starting from powders of different metal materials.
