New autonomous precoating machine debut at wire Düsseldorf

The company will participate the wire show in Düsseldorf for the 3rd time, where it will officially launch a new precoating machine.

The new system has been developed to optimize wire preparation prior to further processing steps, improving coating adhesion, surface quality, and overall line performance. Designed for integration into modern wire production lines or existing production lines, the machine targets manufacturers looking to increase consistency while reducing process variability and operating costs. What truly sets this machine apart is its fully autonomous control of the coating dosage and mixing ratio for borax-based, borax-free, and salt coatings. Operator intervention is no longer required, eliminating manual adjustments while ensuring consistent and repeatable coating quality at all times.
