BWR™: the iron wire for baling presses approved by the international associations of recycling

BWR™ - Bottaro Wire Recycling – is a high-quality iron wire developed to be suitable with both horizontal and vertical presses and to bind any type of material.
For this reason and all its unique features, BWR™ has been approved by the leading international associations of recycling. Let's see why!
The BWR™ technology has made it possible to produce a much more malleable wire with the same strength, with an accurate surface cleaning that promotes trouble-free unwinding. In addition, the diameter has been reduced by 10% compared to traditional wire to allow a higher metric development and to bind almost twice as many bales with the same amount of material.
These features allow the recycling companies to have a greater quantity of wire, reduce maintenance work on baler gears, and save electricity due to less friction in the wire. Technical studies carried out in cooperation with several recycling plants have shown that BWR™ Plus wire has enabled them to achieve savings of up to 40%.
BWR™ is available in different sizes depending on the use: for horizontal presses (coils, conical coils, continuous press coils), for vertical presses (BWR® cut-and-looped, BWR®Zinc+ looped wire, high-strength quick-link wire), and for double RAM presses (BWR® Galva HT - Galvanized Hi-Tensile).
