Save zinc by using a high-thickness wire
During the hot-dip galvanizing process, zinc is most likely to be settled in the junction area, causing a waste of precious raw material.
Bottaro's research laboratories - in collaboration with universities, technical institutes, and hot-dip galvanizing industry associations - propose an effective solution to this problem: the use of BWG™ (Bottaro Wire Galvanizing) wire with thicknesses from 3 mm to 5 mm.
By increasing the diameter, it is possible to reduce the number of wires to be used in the tying and, consequently, the tying knot surface and zinc adherence. For example, a galvanizer usually using three 2mm wires can start using two 3 mm wires. Bottaro's engineers, with the arrival of BWG+™, have once again raised the technological bar, offering a very soft wire despite its thickness.
Bottaro knows that savings on an industrial scale lead to a major impact on its customers' annual income statements. The goal is to always continue to offer green and technological products that are up-to-date, high-performing, and innovative.
