Raajratna Italy Srl, the European subsidiary of Raajratna Metal Industries Ltd, offers a wide range of stainless steel and nickel alloy profiles.

These semi-finished products, manufactured by cold rolling, are used in applications such as filtration, water treatment, oil & gas, paper industry, food processing, and breweries. They are also employed in construction, architecture, and household appliance manufacturing. Other industries include the automotive, mining, and anti-slip sectors, providing a versatile and high-performance solution.

Dimensional range

Raajratna Italy can supply profiles with the following dimensional characteristics:

• cross-sectional area from 0.03 mm² to 250.00 mm²

• cross-sectional width up to a maximum of 60 mm

During rolling, constant dimensional checks are carried out using contact and laser-based systems, while finished profiles are inspected using optical projectors and CMM measuring machines. Upon request, the company provides detailed process reports, including histograms for tolerance traceability, which can reach ±0.010 mm. This approach ensures uniformity, repeatability, and scrap reduction, optimizing customers’ production efficiency.

Available shapes and geometries

Profiles can be supplied from the annealed state up to the hard condition, in a wide variety of cross-sections:

• Flat or rectangular profiles: thickness from 0.05 mm to 16 mm and width up to 60 mm, with rounded or flat edges.

• Square profiles: thickness from 0.50 mm to 18 mm with rounded or flat edges.

• Special geometries: triangular, oval, semicircular, hexagonal, teardrop, and diamond shapes, up to 15.00 mm in width.

• Custom profiles: manufactured to drawing, for specific applications requiring complex geometries or dedicated tolerances.

Packaging and logistics

Raajratna Italy ensures deliveries throughout Europe thanks to its efficient and flexible logistics network. Profiles can be supplied in different configurations:

• Coils from 50 to 500 kg

• Spools from 10 to 1000 kg (up to 4500 kg on metal spools)

• Cut lengths up to 6 meters
