Plain weave

PLAIN WEAVE is the most commonly used type of mesh. Each weft wire (horizontal) passes alternately over and under each warp wire (vertical), and vice versa, creating a regular and stable structure. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.

Dutch weave

DUTCH WEAVE is produced using a plain weaving pattern in which the weft wires are more numerous and closely spaced than the warp wires. This significantly increases the strength of the mesh compared to PLAIN WEAVE.

It is ideal for applications requiring high precision and resistance to differential pressures, such as centrifuge separators, dewatering filters, and filtration systems in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and wastewater treatment industries. It also offers excellent structural stability and long service life in aggressive environments.

Twilled weave

In the TWILLED WEAVE each weft wire passes over two or more warp wires and then under one or more subsequent wires, creating a distinctive diagonal texture. This type of weave provides greater density and flexibility, making the mesh more resistant to deformation and mechanical stress.

Twilled wire meshes are therefore suitable for heavy-duty applications, such as supporting industrial loads, separating solid materials, protecting machinery, and use in the mining, agricultural, and chemical sectors.

Twilled dutch weave

TWILLED DUTCH WEAVE is a compact combination of TWILLED WEAVE and DUTCH WEAVE. This weaving type features approximately double the density of DUTCH WEAVE, with exceptional filtration capability and high stability even under heavy loads.

It is used for the production of precision filters and separators in industries such as chemical processing, food processing, and water purification. Its compactness and fine structure make it ideal for retaining extremely fine particles and for high-pressure or high-temperature applications.
