Against this backdrop, the story of IFP Spa stands out as a clear example. Founded in November 1999 with a team of just six people, the company has grown steadily to nearly 80 employees today. This expansion has gone hand in hand with a strong and lasting relationship with its workforce.

As of December 31, 2025, around one third of IFP employees had reached significant seniority milestones, with colleagues celebrating 15, 20, and even 25 years with the company. These figures reflect a solid culture built on mutual trust, continuity, and a shared sense of purpose—values that have consistently guided the company’s development.

Each year, IFP marks these milestones during its traditional company Christmas dinner. The occasion includes moments of recognition, personalized gifts, and sincere thanks for each individual’s contribution. Notably, the event is attended not only by current employees but also by retirees, underlining a bond that extends beyond active professional life and continues over time.

Looking ahead to wire 2026

IFP’s stability and long-term vision are also reflected in its strategic participation in major international trade fairs. From April 13 to 17, 2026, the company will be exhibiting at wire Düsseldorf, at booth A16 in hall 11.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the IFP team and discover the company’s range of wire rod, semi-finished, and finished wire products, developed to meet the demands of today’s wire and metal processing markets.
