New warehouse and automation 5.0: Sapa Acciai invests in efficiency and sustainability

Sapa Acciai continues its growth path with a significant structural and technological expansion. The company is completing the construction of a new warehouse that will add 500 m² of covered space within a total operational area of 12,000 m², further strengthening its material storage and handling capacity.

The project goes beyond a simple physical expansion. It represents a strategic step aligned with the principles of Industry 5.0, integrating advanced warehouse automation technologies designed to optimize material flows, improve product traceability, and reduce order fulfillment times.

Warehouse operational from April 2026

The new facility will officially become operational in April 2026, a strategically important period for the company. During the same month, the Wire trade fair will take place, one of the world’s leading events for the wire and cable industry.

Throughout the exhibition week, Sapa Acciai will be present at Hall 9 – Stand B26, hosted by KOS and Sahmwa, together with several manufacturers represented by the company.

This presence will offer customers and partners the opportunity to organize meetings directly with the supply chain, strengthening technical relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

Alongside the logistics expansion, Sapa Acciai has also invested in a latest-generation photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the facility.
