From micron up to ton, everything is under control: every steel transformed by SAN PAOLO drawing mill is constantly checked by a quality guarantee service, based on a state-of-the-art laboratory, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2002 rule and ISO/TS 16949:2002 for automotive. At the same time, SAN PAOLO drawing mill satisfy, through the internal procedure, the environmental management, in accordance to ISO 14000, and health and safety on working places BS8800 rules. Trafilerie San Paolo manufactures rolled, drawn and peeled steel in coils and bars, raw and annealed, with and without phosphate coat, in diameters from 2.00 mm to 35.00 mm, mainly for the production of cold deformed parts. The customers are manufacturers of pressed bolts and nuts and special parts and they use the steel for the production of low resistance bolts and nuts, self-threading bolts and screws, as well as low, medium, high resistance connecting parts.
