San Paolo. Steel, from wire to shape. Trafilerie San Paolo manufactures rolled, drawn and peeled steel in coils and bars, raw and annealed, with and without phosphate coat, in diameters from 2.00 mm to 35.00 mm, mainly for the production of cold deformed parts. The customers are manufacturers of pressed bolts and nuts and special parts and they use their steel for the production of low resistance bolts and nuts, self-threading bolts and screws, as well as low, medium, high resistance connecting parts. Since 1991 the company has been certified according to ISO 9001. The engagement for the continuous improvement of quality standards and the need to take an active part in the difficult automotive market has led to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification in 2001.
